Need help along the way? Hypnosis in Arizona is here!
The subconscious mind is, by far, the biggest contributing factor to how you experience life. It holds all your memories, beliefs (even the limiting beliefs you don’t realize you’re carrying around!), habits, and all the programs that are essentially running the show called “Your Life”. All courtesy of your very own personalized computer hard-drive called — your subconscious mind.
The trick is learning to access, understand and utilize this awesome power, so you’re not running around on auto-pilot. Pretty much anything you want to change in your life has a corresponding subconscious component that you can reset to a more positive, successful program. Yes, it may take a little time and reinforcement (after all–haven’t all the programs running your life right now been reinforced for a lifetime??), but it’s worth it. Dedicating time to YOU, to learn more about yourself so that you can become the human being your were always meant to be.
Hypnosis is one of the most effective ways to access and transform the subconscious mind. By learning hypnosis and mastering relaxation techniques which allow you to have influence over your subconscious mind, you can make real progress on goals, dreams, negative habits, self esteem, work or relationship issues, etc. There’s nothing mysterious or difficult about it. It’s simple really. Once you have the tools you need to create true and lasting change, there’s very little you can’t accomplish. So, dream big. Practice hypnosis daily for a least a month. See a professional hypnotherapist if you need help learning how to best apply hypnotic techniques. Then just do it.
Make your subconscious mind your best friend. Learn to work with it, instead of against it. And watch your life transform.
You deserve this. Hypnosis works.
The only thing in life you can truly change, is yourself.
Time management hasn’t always been a strength of mine. Especially when it comes to things I really need to do for myself. For years I had five kids in the house, which took all reserves of energy, patience and time. So even when I’d promise myself to do just DO IT (hypnosis, exercise, reading for relaxation)—I’d usually end up bumping “me time” for everyone else in the family. This choice often hurt more than it helped because I hadn’t given myself the same consideration and priority which left me drained.
Part of my problem was seeing everything in chunks of time that were much too large. Exercise takes one hour. Self hypnosis, thirty minutes. Reading for relaxation? Forget about it. So it would get postponed. And so would my peace of mind.
It wasn’t until I decided that something was better than nothing. Five minutes of exercise a few times a day was a start. And once you become accustomed to inducing hypnosis, you can get relaxed in mere seconds (maybe a minute or two on a really rough day). If people could learn to hypnotize themselves and program positive suggestions in just minutes—I knew that had to become part of my daily routine. Sometimes I do it first thing in the morning, sometimes at night, and sometimes right in the middle of the kids having an argument—which helps!
Self hypnosis is by far one of the best tools I use for peace of mind, stress reduction and personal change. Somehow, it just makes everything better.
“Guilt is the source of sorrows, the avenging fiend that follows behinds with whips and stings.” —Nicholas Rowe
Definition of guilt: a feeling of responsibility or remorse for some offense, crime, wrong, etc., whether it’s real or imagined.
So yeah. Guilt is one of those things in life that really doesn’t have a good side, or a silver lining. It’s a force of negative power which limits our understanding and compassion of ourselves and those around us. Essentially, guilt blocks out truth. It keeps us trapped. Believing a viscous cycle of destructive internal dialogue and blocking out our innocence, our humanity, and our right to forgiveness.
In all honesty, the only productive choice to make when guilt arises—is to acknowledge it’s there and then let it go. Yes, maybe something could’ve been done differently, or better, or sooner, or later. But, all we have is now. Regret keeps us tied to the past, where we have little choice but to repeat our thoughts and actions, over and over again. By letting go, we can step forward and embrace a different choice, a new action.
We all deserve to live free of guilt. And each one of us can only free ourselves from its grip, no one can do it for us. You can do it. 🙂
If you’ve ever tried to solve a problem in life with willpower and logic alone, you might’ve experienced some mental blocks and difficulty getting it resolved. When facing mounting challenges, many people assume applying more physical power or mental focus, the problem with be easier to handle.
But what’s missing for most, is—the subconscious mind, the most powerful tool of all.
It holds answers to many of life’s questions and can be a friend and silent partner that few people utilize. When you bring the subconscious mind together with its conscious side, there are few issues that cannot be fixed. For instance, if you’ve had difficulty with weight all your life– you can be sure there is a subconscious program running in the computer of your mind. (or maybe many!). It could be a program from childhood, maybe one you don’t even know you’ve had all along.. But you can be sure– if you haven’t reached your goal weight and and been able to stay there–you have a subconscious program in your mind that is blocking your goals. So much progress can be made once you become acquainted with your subconscious mind—you’ll be amazed.
Hypnosis is one of the best tools to access and reprogram your subconscious beliefs. All hypnosis is really self-hypnosis. So whether you practice self hypnosis, order a CD or see a professional hypnotist, you will discover a great and wonderful authentic power residing in you. One that can help just about anything!
Every day is an opportunity to discover new ideas and learn more about who you are and who you’d like to become. Other people (especially those who ruffle our feathers) can be a gauge for our life experiences. Each situation can teach you what works, and what doesn’t. What you like and don’t, and what boundaries you still haven’t set in stone.
If you have teenagers (like me), you have abundant opportunities to self-adjust, if you choose to use those moments for awareness and improvement. For example, we can’t change people, but we can change how WE react to those people. Each moment can be expressed through conscious action, instead of unconscious reaction.
Unconscious reaction is our subconscious programming at work. It’s the messages and beliefs we were brought up with. If you were lucky enough to have a majority of positive messages absorbed by your brain—count your blessings. However, everyone can find false beliefs lingering in their mind, beliefs that are standing directly between an okay life and a great life.
Inside all of this—-resides your truth. The core of who you are. And the blueprint of the best you can become. By simply being aware—you can begin to shift everything in life to align with your truth. If anything is particularly difficult to admit or change, hypnosis can provide a springboard for you.
The more you stand in your truth, the more fulfilling life can be. A small step in the right direction each day can make a difference. After a year, you’ll be standing in a whole new place. Baby steps eventually become giant shifts in awareness.
All it takes to start—is this moment.
